We crunch through a fair bit of energy heating our Hot Liquor Tank & Copper as well as cooling for our Fermenting Vessels. It’s important to us to source this energy from renewable sources. We currently source our energy from SSE. SSE is an independently owed UK business, its headquarters are in Perth, Scotland. Which is cool, we like Perthshire and we like knowing that our electricity is green.
