Thunderbirds are go!!

We've spent a good few years thinking, dreaming, google searching, talking to brewers, looking down the back of sofas for spare money and of course drinking beer. My head is now filled with useless titbits on information on required depth of water pipes, electricity mains, RPZ valves, drainage channel loading data.......it's been a long time coming.....but we've finally landed! Huge thanks are due to a lot of people who have offered there ideas, support, encouraging words, constructive criticism, and in some cases money, to help make this happen. Also to StuBrew in Newcastle-upon-Tyne and Twice Brewed Brew House, Northumberland for letting us use their breweries 'cuckoo brew' our beers for the last 18 months. The First & Last Brewery is brewing in Elsdon, described as the 'perfect Northumberland village' and historic capital of Northumberland. We're situated behind the Bird in Bush pub.
